Luke graduated from Colby College and the University of New Hampshire School of Law. Luke is licensed to practice in both New Hampshire and Vermont. He is an experienced advocate that has represented the most vulnerable members of his community; indigent criminal defendants as a public defender, Soldiers as a Judge Advocate General and now, children with Special Education needs.
